Delivery Information

Order Processing and Delivery Options

All orders are processed within 1 business day, depending on product availability. Deliveries will be made within 2-3 business days after you place your order (excluding weekends and public holidays). Customers will receive an email confirmation upon completion of an order.

Delivery charges are fixed at a flat rate of $8 (inclusive of GST).

Self Collect Options:

1. Collection at our Pasir Panjang Head Office 

We will notify you by email for the date and time of collection. 

Can collect on the next working day upon email notice of collection on Mon-Fri from 9-6pm. 

Please take note that we are at Building 102F (Unit #04-11) located near the main entrance of Citilink Warehouse Complex. 

If travel by MRT:

1. Take the Circle Line and alight at Pasir Panjang MRT. 

2. An estimated 8mins walk (550 meters) from Pasir Panjang MRT to our office.

If travel by Private Car:

*Option 1: 

Please park at 102F Basement parking.  

Note: This is for season parking and may only have limited available slots. 

*Option 2:

If Basement parking says FULL, please park behind 102F building. Proceed to Exit and go to Loading/Unloading Entrance behind. Please park on the right side corner of Building 102F.  

*A parking fee applies after 10mins grace period.
